"They offer breakfast when booking but at the front desk I was informed the breakfast was only muffins, which is very misleading. Would have booked elsewhere if I knew that was the included breakfast."

"The room was large and clean, but it had a musty smell that was worse on the second day. The attendant came swiftly and sprayed disinfectant spray but the smell really never went away. Decided to leave a day early due to this. Ample covered parking, staff was friendly, bathroom was clean, room was plenty cool."

The location is conviently within walking distace of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely recommend to others and plan to stay there when I return to Galveston"

"We arrived at the location and the guy in the front said the system what down and it wouldn’t be up for hours or until 7am. we couldn’t get a refund because no one responded to our message we sent. I had to spend more money for a different hotel."

"The staff here was absolutely the best I've encountered in years! They were kind and so helpful ! I cannot find enough nice things to day about them: from the front desk ladies and the breakfast server to the room attendants every single person was super nice. The room had some things that need attention : the door lock/ handle was concerning and didn't stay in position, the baseboards were removed and not painted over or replaced, and the microwave was in disarray when I opened it to use it....
