So glad l did as the young girl tried to charge me again 4 times from 9pm up until 9:30pm, she clearly gave up and although the Manager Islam was helpful l am yet to receive assurance via email that their error won’t be duplicated. When I finally got in, the room was okay but lacked basic in‑room amenities—there were no cups or kettle, as these are kept in a separate kitchen, which was sparsely stocked. "Breakfast was very good, but parking was a nightmare. Information said the railway station was open until 19.30 .. we went to look ... 18.00! There is nowhere to drop off bags etc. abd my eife uses a mobility scooter, so, we would not be able to get anything to eat in the evening. I had to carry our case from the railway station and dusmantlr the scotter and made several trips up stairs to store it in the very small room, then, carry it downstairs again to go out. "Easy to find, free parking, outstanding food and a beautiful room. Will definitely be staying again"

As this place has a function room and when we stayed there was a 21st party (on Friday) and a christening party (on the Sunday) the music can be loud and you just have to learn to drown it out. "These lodges are just beautiful! Perfect location for the party we had at Rise and Grind. Beautiful views of the lake from the balcony. Spotlessly clean . Well equipped with kettle/ biscuits etc . Reception staff very welcoming. Honestly can’t fault it . Will visit again one day "
