Spacious newly redecorated 5BD Family Home
Welcome to our newly renovated and decorated two storey family home here in Eight Mile Plains. Located on a tranquil, tree-lined street, our house is just a short drive away from Eight Mile Plains shopping centre. Perfect for both work and leisure!
Our home features:
- 5 bedrooms with 1king bed, 3queen beds and 2 singe beds. Three bathroom, one with bathtub/shower and the other two with showers.
- Secure garage parking can park up to 2 cars and plenty of free street parking around.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stovetops, oven, fridge, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, kettle and everything you need to cook!
- Complimentary tea and coffee provided!
- Bed linens provided by professional cleaning companies and are changed for each stay
- Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided!
- A Washing machine and dryer with washing powder provided.
- Airy and Spacious Lounge room with big comfortable couch and a smart TV which has Netflix, Amazon Prime and all streaming services!
- 5 min drive to Brisbane Technology Park
- 2 min drive/ 5 min walk to Eight Mile Plains shopping centre
- 3 min drive/ 15 min walk to Runcorn Plaza
- 10 min drive to Sunnybank Plaza and Garden City
- 25 min drive to Brisbane City via M3
- 25 min drive from Brisbane Airport via M1
Thank you for choosing my property for your trip! I hope you’ll make the most of this cozy home, its amenities, and your opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding areas.
Before anything else, I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
RULE 1: Please respect check in and out times.
❑ The standard check-out time is 10am. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. For any unauthorized late check-out, a $50/hr late check-out fee will apply.
❑ Under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon (12pm), as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned — Any unauthorized late check-out beyond this time will result to a fee equivalent to a day’s base rate without discounts (NOTE: This fee will not mean possession of the property for the day, this is the fee for over-staying for more than 2 hours without permission)
RULE 2: No parties or events allowed
❑ Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without refund.
RULE 3: No smoking allowed.
❑ Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result an additional charge of over $250. This is as the smell will need to be treated professionally and the room deodorized.
RULE 4: No pets allowed.
❑ Strictly no pets allowed. We absolutely love pets but due to hygienic and health reason/s, we are unable to accommodate them in my property. Violation of this rule will result an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the cleaning fee in your booking as the housekeepers will need to do extra work.
RULE 5: Please respect the noise curfew.
❑ Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am seven days a week. A noise complaint during these hours will result in eviction without refund.
RULE 6: Please report damages or left behind items.
❑ If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP. We will need to replace them and additional charges may apply.
