"Great location, lots of food options, 5 min walk to convention centre. Easy walk to river & restaurants. Clean, great pool area!"

"Great location, amazing views, access to plenty of restaurants and shops, everything you would want in a downtown stay."

"Hi there my host Oliva was very helpful when I needed it and the place was excellent had a very good time was well worth the money the location was great very close to the mall"

"Host was not accomodating at all. Excuse after excuse as to why things were not done. The lawns were 2 foot high but excuses about previous rain was why the lawns were not mowed. The BNB was dirty on arrival yet the host had the audacity to charge extra for our puppies (which we had already advised that we were travelling with) plus the host decided to charge extra for turning up an hour earlier which I believe is not legal to do. We had no sooner than arrived & the host was at the door...

"Enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable bed, cosy tiny home with everything you need."

"I felt like the price was really fair for what we got. The place was very dusty, under the beds had loads of dog hair which wasn't ideal for someone with allergies. I just had to vacuum and dust on arrival to minimize allergies. The place was clean otherwise. No mold on ceiling referred to in other reviews Outdoor area was really cute! If you're a light sleeper just be aware the walls are thin between apartments and all wooden floors means you hear every neighbouring movement. But...

"Perfect location to stay for Suncorp, easy 100m walk for food shopping or public transport into city. For us, this was what we rated highly when looking for accommodation and found this place. Accommodation was no frills (nothing matches: plates, cups, chairs, towels, furnishings etc), but it was comfortable and clean. Didn't do any cooking so can't comment on kitchen facilities. Hot water was good for showers. We loved the pool table. Leroy was a great host. Very friendly and knowledgeable....

"Good"

"Less than 24hr prior to arrival the property manager reached out and asked for multiple things otherwise they wouldn't proceed with my booking... Which was already fully paid for... If you're not comfortable sending a selfie with your credit card, don't book here. After all of that hassle (and not getting much help from Stayz support as this property is externally managed), we were passing the area 2hrs prior to check in and I asked if early check in was possible as we wanted to drop our bags,...

"Property was very clean and well presented. Beds were nice and comfortable. Easy communication with the host and was even accommodating with an early Check in. Would definitely recommend this property!"

"Lovely owners who were eager to assist with anything you need. Lovely location across the road from the bay with nice walking paths. Everything was clean and tidy. A lovely accommodation that we would be happy to stay in again."

"4 bedroom house, a study, a big lounge with a patio. Plenty of space for a family. The house was spotless and has everything you need. Host was easy to deal with and was available for any questions I had. My friends and I had a great night. Thank you."
