Downstairs you’ll find an open kitchen, lounge and dining area, along with one bedroom and a bathroom—ideal for guests wanting easy access without stairs. Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms, two additional bathrooms (including one with a bathtub), and a second living area, making it perfect for families who want room to spread out.

The house sleeps groups comfortably with five bedrooms featuring one king bed, one queen bed and six singles. Comfort is ensured year-round with ceiling fans throughout, screens, and a heater for cooler evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and group gatherings, with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. For downtime and entertainment, guests can enjoy two TVs, DVD players, Foxtel and an MP3 dock. A front-load washing machine and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

Outside, the spacious deck with gas BBQ is the perfect place to relax, dine and take in the views, while parking is easy with a carport for two vehicles.
