Please note that one of the bedrooms on the first floor will be locked, as this booking is for a 3-bedroom option. Otherwise, guests will have full access to the rest of the house, including all spaces and amenities.

- If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we will arrange for a cleaner to solve your problem within 6 hours.
- Any cleaning-related issues must be raised with the landlord within 6 hours of check-in and remedies must be allowed. If no remedy is allowed, no refund will be allowed.
- The property is professionally cleaned after each stay and should be kept clean and tidy upon check-out.
- Any additional cleaning costs or damage will be borne by the guest.
【Lost and Found】
- We will keep your items for up to 2 weeks. The items could be picked up at a negotiated place or mailed to your address. The postage shall be applied.
