We have 2 houses next to each other on offer.
Total of 7 bedrooms and 3.5bathrooms with lock up garage and carport for 4 cars.
We are at Hillcrest , Qld.
Newly built house and fully renovated house in a block which has less than 45 minutes to Gold Coast theme parks and less than 35 minutes to Brisbane CBD.
2x Kitchens with cooktops and electric oven, patio with fully fenced yard. 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. Close to parks

Total 7 bedrooms ( one ensuites), 3 queen beds and 3 double beds,2 single beds , 3.5 bathrooms, double garage ( can park 4 cars ), fully fenced yards for each properties, modern kitchen on each properties with induction cooktop ,electric oven and free wi fi .(please refer the photos for the details.)

No events or parties allowed , Smoking allowed only outside of house
Respect our elderly neighbours by reducing noise.(No noise after 9pm in weekdays or weekends )

Please try to place the used dishes in the dishwasher and start program using the provided detergent tablets.

Please keep both rubbish bins outside on THURSDAY collection on FRIDAY
