As is typical when you book with a Third Party )Hotels.com) I got a low room ont he 8th floor, but it was sufficient for me, and had no difficulties with long waits for elevators etc. Excellent location, wonderful reception staff, and they allowed me an option of a late stay for payment which was reasonable too! The room was clean, had a terrace with a view over the river and the Storey Bridge. The Gymnasium was simple, but sufficient. "
