"Apartments were clean with easy access. Centrally located entertainment room was enjoyed by my granddaughter with claw machines, games, and TV. It is a newer property and still needs a few touches, like wall decor to soften the echoes. A bench outside the individual rentsls would be nice for seating, but there's a great area out back with chairs and heating if needed. "

"The listing stated it was 20 miles from Lambeau, it was more like 40. Also said 2 bed 2 bath, there was only 1 bath. Other then that everything was fine & we were only there the 1 night so 1 bath was sufficient. Very clean and comfortable."

"This was a beautiful place! The remodel they must have done was gorgeous. Unfortunately we did not spend much time there because we had a family wedding. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely go back if I need to be in that area. "

"What a wonderful stay! This private flat is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, the neighborhood is nice & quiet but close to town for shopping & dining. Baley is a great host who responded very quickly to my questions. Check-in is super easy. If we visit Manitowoc again, this is where we are staying. Thank you for everything, Baley!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Appleton. The space was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely set up and decorated. "This unit is a good option over hotels, especially when the EAA event is running down in Oshkosh. The bedding was very comfortable. The unit was decently furnished. "My stay at this hotel was below expectations. The carpet in the room was not clean, which compromised the overall comfort. I also noticed that the reception desk was often left unattended, creating a lack of security since anyone could access the property without control. The parking area did not feel safe either, as there were people consuming alcohol and other substances inside their vehicles. This environment made me uncomfortable during my stay. I believe the hotel could significantly improve by focusing on cleanliness, guest safety, and better monitoring of its facilities."
