"Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."

"Upon arrival, the staff were super friendly. Navigating the building was slightly confusing because they were undergoing renovations (I stayed in July 2025), but I was glad to see that they care to make improvements to their building. I booked a deluxe room with 1 queen bed. My room was clean, spacious, and I had no issues with the wi-fi. Unfortunately there is no on-site parking, but there was free street parking nearby/just outside of the building (I do not remember if it was free 24/7, or...

"The hotel itself is top-notch, with excellent facilities and overall comfort. However, I rated it 4 stars due to a false fire alarm that occurred in the middle of the night, which disrupted our sleep for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up or apology from the hotel afterward, which was disappointing."
