"Close to everything- a little road noise but nothing unusual - room super clean and staff amazing- only thing no power points beside bed for phone charge etc meant cord accross floor but this manageable"

"I have stayed at the Caboolture Riverlakes 3 times now, with a 4th already planned. The staff id always incredibly freindly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable with everything you could need. The property is easy to access with a great location, central to nearly anything you want to experience visiting Australia. They even gave us a discount card for the zoo! Overall I never come to Australia without booking a room at this alestablushment for at least a night or two."

"Next door to very noisey people unfortunately with their TV very loud till midnight. Shame that people don’t think of others when staying in shared spaces. Food was good. Very convenient place to stay Staff very friendly & helpful"

"Great room for two nights. It was clean but needed vacuuming behind the beds. Lighting in the bathroom was terrible for applying makeup. The view of the ocean was amazing from our 6th floor room. There is a high rise apartment block being built across the road. Quite loud with the sliding doors open during the day. Restaurant downstairs is has good food at good prices. More of a casual vibe. We enjoyed our stay."

"We arrived to find little containers of milk in the fridge, as the room was not service daily these were not supplied again. Having to make the bed myself when I am paying a lot of money for the room is very disappointing. The TV had no sound and had to watch the news in silence. I managed to find some staff in the carpark, the young man was friendly and helpful but did say that it had happened before and that you had to press some button on the back of the TV. "Great place, great staff, good location, good facilities"

"Cabin was not cleaned. There was mould near the bottom of the shower. The extra beds we paid for weren’t made like I was told they would be. That caravan park itself looked like a dump. I have no problem with the permanent residents, however, the management might need to talk to them as a lot the permanent sites looked like they weren’t maintained at all. Will not be back."
