"I was shocked with how clean the room was such a lovely surprise 😊 The bed was very comphy we loved the outdoor area attached ot our room it was so lovely to sit and look at the water. The room was spacious. Shower was excellent pressure and nice and hot and a nice spacious bathroom. I liked that morning fresh was available to wash my dishes with as well as chxux cloths , scrub pad and scrubbing brush. "The queen sized BED WAS COMFY AND IN GOOD ORDER. THE SHOWER WAS A PROBLEM. A LITLE UNSAFE FOR A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY AS THERE WAS QUJITE A LARGE STEP IN AND STEP OUT. TOO MANY RULES ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THE SHEET OF PAPER GIVEN AT CHECK-IN WAS OFF-PUTTING AND DID NOTHING TO MAKE ME WANT TO STAY HERE AGAIN. THE SIGNS ABOVE THE KITCHEN SINK DETAILING $ 50 FEE FOR FAILURE TO EMPTY BIN AND $50 FOR FAILURE FOR LEAVING CUTLERY/CROCKERY OUT WERE OUTRAGEOUS . I WOULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED TO STAY...

"The owner who greeted us upon arrival was friendly, helpful and accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. The supplied continental breakfast was more than adequate and more than we could eat. However, it appeared that the room that we were in, was not really laid out for eating a meal in. "I have stayed at the Caboolture Riverlakes 3 times now, with a 4th already planned. The staff id always incredibly freindly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable with everything you could need. The property is easy to access with a great location, central to nearly anything you want to experience visiting Australia. They even gave us a discount card for the zoo! Overall I never come to Australia without booking a room at this alestablushment for at least a night or two."

"The hotel is really lovely with gorgeous beach views but it is starting to show to wear. The toilet seat was broken, the shower head was falling apart, and the curtains were useless resulting in being woken up with the sunrise. Everything else was good. Happy I brought my earplugs as the construction work next door was loud Monday morning. "

"The room was clean and spacious for a single traveller. Shower had awesome water power. Lots of clean towels. Noisy in the evening until late from other guests, and then about 8am bins being emptied and trucks delivering to the bottle shop next door. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great stop for a night or two. Close to shops, Moray sport centre."
