Summary:

Welcome to this 3 bedroom townhouse that enjoys thousands of acres of National Forest as its backyard with incredible mountain views! Spacious enough for groups of 6, this home is ideal for both families and friends visiting Breckenridge at any time of the year. Intermediate skiers can ski in/ski out to Peak 9 and the Burro Trail is directly accessible for hiking and biking. A private hot tub and sauna await after a day of adventure!



The Space:

This townhouse is ideal for groups wanting to take advantage of everything Breckenridge has to offer! The three bedroom floor plan is ideal for families and friends looking to spend time together. The upper floor of the townhouse has two of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, desk, reading chair, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The mountain views from the master bedroom are fantastic! The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The third bedroom is located on the lower level of the townhouse and it has a queen with a loft twin bed. Additionally, the sauna is located in the lower level bedroom and is big enough for 4 adults.



The main floor of the townhouse is a great space for groups to spend time together. The fully stocked kitchen has everything a chef needs to prepare a meal and the dining room table has seating for six. There are four additional seats at the breakfast bar next to the dining table. The living room has great views of the mountains and a large, comfortable sectional sofa and gas fireplace. There is a large flat screen smart TV with a sound system, PlayStation 3, cable, ad Netflix. The living room is stocked with games and books for your enjoyment. On the main floor of the house you will also find a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Also, there is access to the back patio from the kitchen. The back patio has an outdoor dining table, Weber natural gas grill, hammock, and a private hot tub. The National Forest backs up to the patio and there is direct access to the Burro Trail during hiking and biking weather and ski in/ski out access to Peak 9 for intermediate skiers. The outdoor space and location of the townhouse are amazing!



The townhouse has a one car heated garage with plenty of room to store your gear. There is outdoor parking available for an additional 2 cars. The town of Breckenridge is a five minute drive away!

The Neighborhood:

This townhome is located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood, which is a great starting point for hiking and mountain biking; during the summer you can hike on the nearby Burro, Glacial Pass, Peak 10, or Peak 8 trails. During the winter season intermediate skiers can ski in/out if the weather permits. The private and serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a fantastic Breck vacation getaway for friends or families!



Getting Around:

The best way to get to town is to drive. It only takes around 5 minutes to get to main street. You can also hike to town, which takes about 20 minutes. The hike back is uphill though! Breckenridge has a free public bus, but it only takes you to the bottom of the hill. Uber and Lyft are available if needed.



Other Things to Note:

Must have All Wheel or 4WD Vehicle in the winter.

Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!



A baby gate to block access to the stairs is available. It is stored in the laundry room.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Ski-Hot tub-dinner-sleep-repeat

Amenities were great - hot tub was clean, spacious and plenty of jets. Views from the hot tub were beautiful. Made good use of the hot tub and sauna combo to relax after full day on the slopes. Short of staying on the resort, great access to slopes without car/shuttle. If you are a green/blue skier you'll have no problem getting on the mountain - practically ski from the front door. Same level skiers may opt to return the same way and do a bit of uphill walking. Intermediate to expert skiers can return on their skis on a trail that goes through the woods off a black but with a little luck and directionality you'll find your way back. Layout and furniture were nice - a variety of basic cooking spices and supplies were handy for meals in. Don't plan on walking to town but easy drive or shuttle. Easy bluetooth access to TV and sound bar helped set mood and keep us entertained for those nights in. Would definitely return!

Ski Trip

This property was absolutely perfect! Its location could not be better -- it has a view of the slopes, and you can ski right into the ski runs. The townhouse itself was immaculate and had every essential we needed -- the 2 upstairs bedrooms were large and immaculate, the kitchen and living were spacious for entertaining, and the indoor sauna and outdoor hot tub were phenomenal. Would absolutely stay over and over again!

Decent but not ski in/out

Good properly, clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. We did have trouble getting check in details and had to seek them out - they were not delivered to us as expected. The porch lights did not work and steps covered in snow/ice, no shovel could be found. The temp is very finicky and there is a pin on the thermostat which was very odd. The upstairs rooms were burning hot even with stat set on 65. There is only one stat in the house. We opened windows to cool the house. The description of ski in/out is not accurate and it's frustrating to be listed as such on Vrbo. It's a hike through the woods and the instructions communicate at certain seasons you may need to duck the boundary ropes. We drove to the base every day as snowboarders because the pathway to ski in/out was just not feasible. For the money I expected better access to the slopes. I would caution any renter looking for ski in/out in this location.

Excellent Place

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. In a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. Well maintained and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
