Ski Hill Condominiums offers a fantastic location for convenience to the slopes and proximity to downtown Breckenridge. This large two-bedroom condo has been beautifully remodeled and comfortably accommodates eight guests. It features an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen areas all open to each other.

ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹LOCATION ā€“ Ski Hill Condos are located on the corner of Ski Hill Rd. and Park Ave in Breckenridge. They sit one block from Main Street, two blocks from the gondola, and half a block from the free shuttle stop. Just a few minutes on the shuttle and you will find yourself at the slopes. Downtown does not get much closer than this with shopping, dining and nightlife only a block away.

AMENTIES ā€“ Warmly decorated with a stone fireplace and large flat screen television in the living area, you will find it the perfect place to relax with friends and family. Offering two bedrooms, the master bedroom comes complete with a king bed and private bath and the additional bedroom has a captain's bunk. The complex also offers an on-site pool (seasonal) and outdoor hot tub, which is great way to end the day after skiing or biking.

Great for ski trip with friends

Title says it all, great for a close location to the lifts and grocery store for a group of young adults to spend a week in. No contact with property manager was required.

Good Location

Place was nice and in a good location. At the base of peak 8, close to Main Street and Gondola ride. Home was cozy and showers at the end of the day were great (hot water and strong pressure). Only issue was bathtubs are very slippery so if this is a concern bring your own bath mat because host does not provide.

We loved this condo and location. It was very clean with everything you need. Convenient to everything. Walking distance for many restaurants. Bed very comfortable. We will stay here again!

Excellent location for town and slopes!

The property is in a great central location for walking downtown or going to the slopes. Once we parked our vehicle in the covered garage the day we arrived, we never drove again for the rest of the week. You can catch the Gold route bus every morning just up from the corner where the property is located. It goes to peak 7 or peak 8. If you want to go to town, you are one block From the center of town, and Eric's, which is one of the best places to go. The property was clean, well kept, and we'll furnished. They could use a frying pan or sauce pan, but that's really nothing to worry much about. And they did have a box fan, which we really needed because our bio stairs neighbor was either really heavy or the floors are thin. We could hear them walking around all night. Turned the fan on and it drowned it out for the most part. The hot tubs were well kept and used often. The pool which was full of snow at the time, appears relatively small if that sort of thing matters. The only downside was having no washer or dryer in the room. We did have a laundry room right by our room, however, it was coin operated and no change machine anywhere. Seeing as how everything on the mountain is cash free, we had no change and no way to get any. That was super annoying. They should either make them free or put a change machine on property. Or at least warn you ahead of time about the issue.

Close to town and bus stop!

This condo was perfect for our group! Walking distance to main street where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The bus stop to the base is also very close and was so simple to use. Out the door and to the base of the Colorado chair lift in minutes. Highly recommend! Also host was very responsive to any of our needs!

Guys ski trip

My two friends & I had a great time here on our ski trip. The location is amazing! It is a short walk to the gondola to ski and a short walk into town. The hot tubs were great & the place itself is very updated and comfortable with a nice gas fireplace. Would love to stay here again!

Cute Place, Busy Location

So, if you are looking for a cute place that is well maintained and easy to walk to and from the Peak 8 lift and the Main Street, this is a perfect location. Yet itā€™s proximity to S. Park Ave (next to it) brings in the street traffic noise, especially should you want the windows open for that fresh mountain air. Overall, itā€™s a good find for those who want to be close to the action and are willing to compromise for peace and quite.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed this condo. Great location we could be on Main Street in 5 minutes walk time. Very clean and organized condo. There was also a bike rack in the parking garage to lock our bikes! We plan on staying here again and again!

Positives- Tastefully decorated. Fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. Conveniently located. Clean, great water pressure., hot showers. Door was code accessible and parking pass was on hook inside condo by the door. Negatives.- master bed was so hard, I couldnā€™t Sleep on it. Luckily the hall bedroom had bunk beds and was more comfortable. Couldnā€™t find Air condition thermostat, donā€™t know if there was one. I only found heater controls. We slept with patio door open for cool air. Itā€™s a older unit I could tell, because it has the old house stagnant smell from being shut up. The advertisement shows Mountain Viewā€™s from the living area windows (which is why I rented this) but I didnā€™t have any of that. All we could see was trees and the road below. I would rent elsewhere next time mainly because the bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I wouldā€™ve preferred not to sleep in our kids room.

Highly Recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location with quick access to the gondola and only a couple of blocks from Main Street. We loved having access to the hot tub as well as to a washer and dryer. Smooth check in and check out and great communication with the property manager. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Walk to gondola

The condo was just as described. The property management company was responsive and unit is entered with a code so no need to pick up keys. The gondola is roughy a 2 book walk and you can ski home with a short walk through a parking lot at the end. The shuttle also stops nearby twice per hour to peak 7/8. My only negative would be that the bedroom with bunk beds is rather small and has no dresser or shelves, only a closet with a bar so it was a tight squeeze for my teens to share.

Really nice property in almost all respects. The lighting is dim and needs to be improved. The toaster died, as we anticipated. It should have been replaced before our arrival. But a replacement toaster was delivered the day we noted the failure. Excepting these two minor deficiencies, the place is excellent: nicely furnished, excellent location.
