The Space:
Sleeping - Bedroom 1: king bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite bath; Bedroom 2: king bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite bath; Bedroom 3: king bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite bath; Bedroom 4: queen/twin bunk bed and twin/twin bunk bed (sleeps 4-5) with en suite bath; Extra Sleeping: Queen size sleeper sofa in lounge area. Pack n' play. Maximum overnight capacity - 10.
Three King ensuite bedrooms and one bunk room with en suite bathroom provide the perfect space for a family or families traveling together. Ideal mountain views, entertainer’s kitchen, and top-of-the-line appointments make this a must-have Breckenridge destination home. This luxury property comfortably accommodates four car parking, several indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, an upper level fire pit, lower level fire pit (summer and fall only), gas grill, six person hot tub, and panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood of Shock Hill sits between the middle of Main Street Breckenridge and the base of the ski area (Peaks 7 and 8) and is one of the most convenient and preferred locations to stay in all of Breckenridge. The gondola runs right through the neighborhood taking you to and from the ski area base and down to the middle of Main Street. This is one of the newest additions to Shock Hill and one of the closest houses to the mid point gondola station. Even within the Shock Hill neighborhood, this is one of the best possible locations!
Getting Around:
Please note: The Breckenridge Gondola opens for the Winter season right around November 8th every year and operates daily from 7:45am to 5:30pm during winter months. The gondola does also not run end of April to mid June during moose calving season. The gondola reopens mid June and runs through Labor Day weekend. The hours of operation during the summer are 10am to 5pm. The gondola is free to ride for everyone. You do not need a pass.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple. We strive to make staying with us as easy and hassle-free as staying in a hotel. Checking in and out is simple and someone is always available to provide assistance. Rest assured that you’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned and fully stocked home. Strictly animal-free due to allergies and other necessary circumstances. Exterior Security Cameras in place to monitor compliance with pet/animal, party, and event restrictions.
Please note that the lower level fire pit area is for use during summer and fall months only due to icy conditions. There are TVs in the great room, the media room, and the primary bedroom.
Interaction with Guests:
Warm your toes with the in-floor radiant heat, full size hot tub, and fire pit. Come and go as you please with the free gondola located just outside the door. Ride the gondola to the base of Peak 7 and 8 or to the middle of Main Street Breckenridge during daytime hours.

Very clean,quiet and nicely appointed unit. Plenty of room and storage space for our party of 8 adults. Loved the hot tub, comfortable beds and the fabulous early morning view out the living room window! Thank you to Fonda and her team for taking excellent care of us!

Shock Hill 64
What a view! Some of the other homes in this area would have the view obstructed by other buildings, but not this one. The walk to the gondola was a bit longer than expected, but storing the skis at the bottom of Peak 8 solved that problem. The master bedroom was fantastic and the other 3 bedrooms very nice too. Kitchen was well furnished. Hot tub was right there. Excellent overall.

Great Home with view of Slopes and Gondola right there!
It was a great stay. The house is perfect. Gondola mid station was a quick walk. Amazing view of the slopes. Viking appliances, radiant heat floors throughout were wonderful. We will be back!please note the Shock Hill community is upscale and has its own gondola boarding area but this is one of the closest homes to the boarding, others are quite a walk to board. If you’re choosing between another please check the location!

Great for large families
Property was large, new, and finished out top notch. Great for our family of 6 with teens and younger kids. We had plenty of room, and with the bunks, quite a bit of spare room as the kids wanted to bunk up. The view from the large living room window and hot tub can’t be beat!
The walk to the gondola is easy for an adult, a bit rougher for a young kid with ski boots on. Teens had no problem. The access to peaks 7 and 8 is great, especially towards the end of the day if you want to get a few last runs out on Peak seven. We would frequently hop on the gondola to get quickly to peak 7.
The property managers are responsive to requests, and want to make sure you have a good stay. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them. They were great!
We would definitely stay here again!

Finished on the cheap
August, 2024. This property is well built, has a spectacular view and a great location.....but very poor decor. The master bedroom desperately needs drapery, unless you like waking up at dawn with the sun directly in your eyes. It faces East and it only has a very transparent shade, useless against the bright sun. We couldn't sleep in there! Had to move downstairs where there are decent wood blinds, but run up to do make up everyday because it's the only bathroom with a make-up mirror. There are only two TV"s in the whole place. So if you're there with other people, you all better want to watch the same thing. The TV"s are in the two common areas. One is in the great room where the furniture was cheap, sparse and not comfortable at all. One of the windows looks right in to the neighbors place. We wanted to close just that one window blind, but it doesn't operate separately....you can only open or close all of the blinds, shutting off the beautiful view. Very frustrating! The downstairs common area has the other TV. That's one TV for 3 bedrooms that can sleep 9 people! And again the furniture is cheap and minimal...you can maybe seat 6 people, with 2 of them on a bench. Compared to other Shockhill rentals we've done, this one was dissapointing. It needs drapery in the master, TV's in all of the King bedrooms, blinds that can be controlled separately, and better furniture and mor of it. And the only ammenities....big pumper bottles of "Suave", the cheapest stuff out there!
