LOCATION – Located just north of Breckenridge off of Highway 9, this beautiful property offers a great location with convenient access to Breckenridge and all of Summit County. The river greets you at your doorstep. Walk a bit farther and venture onto the Colorado Trail. Cross the street and tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club. Hop on your bike and discover a whole mountain of possibilities in Historic Downtown. In the winter you can hit the slopes of world renowned Breckenridge Ski Resort or explore the trails by snowshoe and so much more
AMENITIES – With three bedrooms and spacious main level living, kitchen and dining spaces, the newly built townhome features a mountain traditional design paired with alpine vistas and outstanding amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Big enough for a group. Very nice house but a couple of flaws. The internet didn’t work because the bill wasn’t paid. Spent several hours getting that resolved. One of the beds is a full sz bed when it’s advertised as a Queen. There are no curtains in the other upstairs bedroom so hard to sleep in the morning. The shuttle service to the resorts was great! P/u at the door. Plan B transportation was very accommodating. All in all a nice house.

This house was great! The hosts were super helpful and responsive when the wifi and tv went out. The location was perfect for skiing several local resorts. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking big family meals.

This house made for an incredibly comfortable and relaxing trip. The house was truly furnished and stocked for guests that want to spend more time together in the house - lots of seating, all the kitchen tools you could need for prepping meals, and a large hot tub with great views. The property managers opened a line of communication from the moment we arrived and were incredibly responsive to our questions along the way. We enjoyed the great access right off hwy 9, and the quick access to Breckenridge, Frisco & Keystone. We will definitely be back and loved this house!

That was an altogether fantastic experience. Everything was aces — the showers, the fireplaces, the appliances — and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top. Most of all, the pristine backyard river was straight out of a magazine. Way to go Pinnacle! We’ll definitely be back.

The Best VRBO home in Breck!! Great location between Dillon and Breck, easy to go to either town. Very close to Dillon Adventure Park which is much more kid and parent friendly. Love the home and the gorgeous views in the back of the home facing the mountains and the beautiful creek with running fresh water in the back of the property. We will definitely rent this home when we visit again.

Great location in Breck
We had the best time during our group stay in Breck. The house is beautiful and has the perfect communal space for our group of 8 adults to cook and hang out in the family room playing games. We loved the hot tub and proximity to downtown. Would definitely stay again!!
