This condo was perfect for our 2 families. The location was ideal for visiting different mountains. It was very clean and adequately stocked if you plan to cook meals during your stay. The hot tub was a huge plus that we enjoyed after a day on the mountain.

The property was great for 9 of us. Plenty of space and the location was perfect. The garage is somewhat heated to leaving your ski gear in there was nice. There was a shuttle that will pick you up at your door and drop you off at beaver run. I’ll use this property again in the future!

Plenty of room. Everyone had their own bed, and 3 full bathrooms worked out well. Garage door is tall enough to fit my Expedition with a luggage carrier on top, so we had indoor parking (it snowed almost every day, so this was great. The road to the unit is flat, so getting in and out in the snow was no problem. They kept the road plowed, and even shoveled the front porch and sidewalk a couple of times while we were there. The hot tub is in the back where there is a lot of privacy, which many of the units in this area don't have. The unit was clean, and everything worked. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equiped. This place checked all of the boxes that I think are important.

This was a very good place with good space and furnishings. There is a nice view from the hot tub. We used the HOA shuttle bus which was very reliable. We would definitely stay here again!

Room layout of townhouse was great for 2 families (8 total guests). Unit is in a small condo community that is quiet and a mix of owner/renters. Breckenridge town center/south gondola parking are ~8 min drive, or the condo association has a shuttle that ran approximately once an hour. Unit was clean. Property management team was very helpful and rapidly responded to any requests. House was fully functional and as advertised. The unit could use a better appointed kitchen. While basic cooking/food prep items and silverware were provided, they were limited and not as well appointed as other units rented in the past. The dishwasher in this unit left a bit to be desired. Overall great unit that worked well as a home base for skiing at the local mountains for a week.

The house was wonderful and nicely setup. The only issue we had was the lower level room was cold due to limited heat in the room. The management company was very attentive to the issue and setup a space heater in the room which mitigated the issue.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family stay. We had 7 adults and two twin 2-year-olds. More space than we imagined. Extremely clean as well as perfectly located just 6 minutes from Main Street in Breckenridge. Rooms were spacious, heated floors, hot tub. Kids had a great time playing in the snow off the back deck which backed up to the mountains. Lots of space to play. It was absolutely great! Only one consideration...switch to Charmin!

We had 4 adults and two teenagers in town to ski. We skied Breckenridge 3 days, Keystone 1 day and Vail 1 day. 10 minutes to Breck Gondola, 20 minutes to Keystone and 45 minutes to Vail. Frisco was only 10 minutes away as well. Plenty of room. Great couches with recliner chairs. Brand new hot tub and all the amenities you could ask for. Also, had a large garage with parking on both sides. Property mgmt com was great and was kind enough to allow us a later check out due to changes in our flight schedule by the airlines. Best of all was watching 2 moose grazing in the snow in the backyard. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay. Property was clean. Great hot tub. Property managers very responsive to any issue or question you may have. The garage door opener stopped working on my last day. They addressed the issue immediately. The property is a little further out than I usually stay, but there are hourly shuttles to take you to the mountains and downtown if you choose not to rent a car. The only suggestion for improvement I would make is to send out the information about the local area earlier. You will receive a very helpful text about the local area (grocery stores, private chefs, dining/nightlife etc etc). I always plan in advance so having this earlier would have saved me time from researching the same info in my own. I would recommend this place and stay again.

Perfect size for our family of 6 - more than enough room! Location was super easy and the shuttle was such a bonus! Our kids loved the jacuzzi and back yard that included a bill to sled on. Loved our Mardi Gras break destination! If I could recommend a few things, it would be a larger selection of cooking utensils and basic kitchen seasonings.

The property was clean and in good working condition - we would rent this property again. However, the difference between a very good rental and a great rental resides in the fine details. This property has no salt/pepper or spices. Also the trash bags, Kleenex, and dishwasher soap was measured to the exact day. No margin for excess usage. I have been renting vacation properties for 3 decades and this is the first time the cupboards were bare. I contacted the property management and they said we would have to supply ourselves as this is their standard procedures. A small investment in basic supplies can make a big impact on satisfaction.

Had a great experience using Highland Greens 93 for a get together of old friends. Spent the first few days here with just family members visiting Breckenridge and doing some summer hiking (30 minute drive to Blue Lakes/Hoosier Pass, or just take a stroll up Highland from the back door). Then family went to Denver and had four high school friends join for more hiking (Gold Hill is only minutes drive away) and reminiscing. More than enough room for the four of us old guys to each get a bedroom. Hot tub was great at night. Grilled steaks one night which attracted a fox sighting attracted by the smells right to the back door. Appliances are all updated. Check in and out was easy (Sorry, forgot to put the lawn chairs back in the garage when we left!). Bedding was comfortable and good TV in the living area for us to watch Sunday Night Football. Parking was a little tight - recommend keeping it to four cars as the owner suggests. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!
