If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

The property was great for our quick weekend getaway. Just a few steps to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was with the mattress. We could tell that it’s probably time to replace it.

We only ended up staying 1 day of a 3 day planned trip due to a family emergency. We were disappointed we could not receive a partial refund. Check in procedures and information sent to us was very good and easy. However,, the place was not very clean for the night we stayed. We also had an issue with heat that night, but were told it was fine without anyone coming to check it. It does not have AC as well. We thought for the price, it needed updating and the view was a little disappointing. The pictures obviously don't show the top of the buildings right next to the condo. The rooftop view of the businesses next to the condo was not desirable. It was nice to be able to walk right downtown to the Main street area and shop and eat. Location was a plus.

Unit had everything needed for a great Breckenridge stay. Short walk to lifts, short walk to restaurants, and awesome views. The unit itself was updated with new appliances and furniture. Wood burning fireplace made for cozy nights.

The location of this property is perfect, however the cleanliness of the bedroom and the bathroom was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, there were crushed chips, bits of food, and hair on top of the bed and inside of the sheets. Luckily we found a spare set of linen and brought detergent to run a load of laundry. There was hair In the bathroom sink, on the toilet seat, and inside the shower. Especially during COVID, this lack of basic cleanliness was surprising.

My wife and i stayed from Friday to Monday for a weekend getaway. This spot was perfect. Your in walking distance to pretty much everything. The parking slot helps a ton since the area is always packed with people. Our only complaint is the bed. That is one awful bed. Other then that it’s a perfect spot!

Location location location! Walk-in distances to Peak 9, shopping, dining and the grocery/liquor. The condo was clean, super cute and great views. The only issue we had was with the bed as the mattress is old and dips in the middle. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

This property worked out just fine for our family. Close to the slopes and right on Main Street with lots of restaurants around. There was a small issue before we arrived but it was communicated properly and in advance and they had a solution for us. I appreciate all of the communication and quick responses. Perfect location for enjoying downtown Breckenridge with easy access to the slopes. Cozy and comfortable. Great fireplace with wood provided. We really enjoyed making cozy fires when we came back from skiing/walking around town. Would stay here again!

The property was exactly as advertised, great location, very clean, and nicely decorated. The views from the balcony are wonderful and we got some great pictures. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed. Thanks Mike & Anna for having us!

Very cute place, great location one block from Main Street. View from balcony is amazing. Check in was seamless. Well decorated and is equipped with everything you may need. Only critique as others have stated- bed is uncomfortable (brought our own mattress pad to help) and shower is nearly unusable due to low water pressure and heat fluctuation to near scalding temperatures. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

This condo is in a great location. It is close to Main Street which has some great restaurants, bars and shops. My only complaints would be the bed and the view from the balcony. The view of the mountains were very nice, but the view of the roof next door take away some of the beauty of it. The bed was was very hard. I found it more comfortable to sleep on the pull out couch. I would suggest stopping in Frisco at Safeway to pick up groceries before getting to Breckenridge. Overall the stay was very good and would consider staying at the property again.

The positives: Loved being close to Main St. and restaurants. The condo is cute and has what you need. The downsides: We stayed in August & the condo is VERY warm. We are from Florida so are usually cold during our summers in Breckenridge. Not at this condo. The ceiling fans were needed 24-7 and they are wicked noisy! We are very active, hiking, running, etc..so we like a nice invigorating shower afterwards. Not at this condo. The shower pressure is non existent. The water pressure in the tub is awesome, but the shower head must have a mega restrictor on it. You didn't really feel like you could rinse the shampoo or soap out. Also, the shower would turn scalding hot at times, so they must share water with other condos as we had nothing else running.

Condo was cute, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere and even see Main St from the balcony. We had two issues. One was the bed. It's very uncomfortable and has a dip in the middle. A new mattress would be a good investment. The second issue, which is no fault of the owners, is the after hours noise. One of the local eating establishments blasted music with heavy base from 11-1 every night. It was very frustrating and disruptive. We loved our time here overall.

This place was great, as it's close to a ton of restaurants & across the street from the slopes! The only downside making it a 4 instead of a 5 is there's only 1 bathroom & the foldout couch is NOT comfy for the kids, so hopefully the management company sends the note to the owners to update the mattress or have a memory foam available to add when it's bed time. All & all, we loved staying here for our first time on the slopes with our kids!

The view, fireplace & location were all the things that my husband and I loved about this place!! We loved waking up every morning to the mountains and being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The bed would be the only downside but other then that everything was perfect!! We would stay here again for sure! We miss Breckenridge so much!

This condo is in a GREAT location, convenient to Main Street. The kitchen / livingroom had noise from the street at night, but not much can be done about that. Easy access to get to Hoosier and Boreas passes. Nice view of the ski area too.

This place is in walking distance to all shops and restaurants downtown- a must! The amenities close-by were so convenient- the reservoir, hiking trails and the gondola were all within 5-15 minutes. We had a little one in tow so that was essential to us.

We liked the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals after a long day of skiing. A couple of things that really need to be corrected. 1- The sofa bed needs to be replaced by a more comfortable one. Not a good bed at all. The springs dig into the back. We woke up with back sore. check comfort sleeper by America Leather. Excellent sleeper sofa. Please consider it. 2-The shower was leaking because one of the faucets seemed to be broken.
