3 bedrooms plus Loft. (2 King, 1 Queen, 2 full + 2 air mattresses )

Layout: 1 King bed in the master bedroom downstairs, 1 King bed in upstairs bedroom, and 1 Queen in other upstairs bedroom which also has a standup desk and seating area (couch with full size pullout bed ). The loft also has a full size bed and there are 2 blow up mattresses available for use!

Inside, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, oversized windows with incredible views, an updated kitchen, and an open, welcoming layout filled with natural light. Whether you’re cooking dinner after a ski day, playing games by the fire, working remotely with mountain views, or cozying up after a day hiking outside, this home is designed to feel comfortable, spacious, and easy to enjoy!

The Space

The home features 3 bedrooms plus a loft, giving your group room to spread out and enjoy the space comfortably. The updated kitchen is great for cooking and entertaining, and the open living area is perfect for family nights, board games, movies, or relaxing after a day in the mountains.

Guests can enjoy high-speed internet through Starlink, streaming services through Xfinity, plenty of games and cards for year-round fun, and seasonal gear including paddle boards in the summer and snowshoes/sleds in the winter.

Guest Access & Amenities

Parking is available in the private driveway for up to 5 vehicles. An in-town parking pass near the bus route is also available for guest use during your stay, making it easier to enjoy downtown Breckenridge.

The property is on a private well with crisp, refreshing mountain water and is connected to public sewer. Trash service is scheduled on Fridays through Waste Management.

Important Notes

This is a true high-alpine mountain home located at approximately 11,000 feet elevation. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and unique, with extensive wildlife, but guests should be prepared for mountain conditions.

During winter months, 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is required to access the home safely. Weather can change quickly in the mountains, and snow/ice conditions are common.
