Set in a gorgeous old growth pine forest, it features fresh updates in the kitchen and bathrooms and is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh mountain air in the Colorado Rockies. The Blue River community is just a 10-minute drive from Breckenridge and the slopes; it’s a popular place for people looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Breckenridge but be “close to the action.” You’ll also love the private hot tub and nearby hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails!

Inside, the home has rustic décor and two living areas, providing plenty of room for the family to spread out. The huge windows flood the interior of the home with natural light, and the gas fireplaces add to the ambiance of this home’s mountain setting. The large deck is located just off the dining room and has comfortable furniture and a gas grill for barbecuing, making it the perfect place to enjoy the cool mountain breeze.

The newly remodeled kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances as well as everything you need to whip up a culinary mountain masterpiece. The farmhouse style table in the dining room has room for 10, and there’s room for two more at the breakfast bar.

There’s also a full laundry area and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. - Bathroom: Full bathroom with walk-in tile shower.

Lower Level:
- King master suite: king bed with private attached bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
- Living area: sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check-in.
