The Imperial Suite offers generous space and classic mountain comfort, perfect for families, groups, and extended stays. Located in Building 2 at Beaver Run Resort, this 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, suite sleeps up to 12 guests, providing plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the mountains.

Sleeping arrangements include two king beds and four queen beds, offering flexible options for families, friends, or multi-generational groups. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort after a day on the slopes or exploring the area.

The suite’s open layout creates a welcoming space to gather, unwind, and share meals. A fully appointed kitchen and large dining area make group meals easy, while modern alpine décor enhances the cozy mountain retreat atmosphere.

Guests enjoy ski-in/ski-out access on Peak 9 (subject to opening and closing dates of Breckenridge Ski Resort Peak 9), plus access to Beaver Run’s resort amenities: heated indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fitness center, and arcade. On-site dining options make it easy to enjoy meals without leaving the resort, while stunning views of Peak 9 and the Tenmile Range add a dramatic backdrop to your stay.

Covered parking is available with in-and-out privileges for a fee. All on-site parking is charged nightly, ranging from $15–$40 per vehicle depending on the season.

There are no additional housekeeping fees. Daily mini-service is included upon request, which covers trash removal, replenishing amenities, and fresh towels. When you book directly through Beaver Run, you can also enjoy the convenience of leaving your unit without any departure cleaning required.
