"Loved the quiet and peaceful location. It was about 25 minutes from Kyle Field. The room was nice and cozy with a comfortable bed. There was a pullout cot that was perfect for our teenager. Keith was a great host. We appreciate the wonderful breakfast!"

"Great location, convenient check in, yummy biscuits in the morning. Bathroom is outdated (tiniest toilet I’ve sat on in awhile), had a GIANT cockroach in the shower and cobwebs in corners. I’m from Texas, I grew up on a ranch, I know bugs - but these two inch flying roaches are a sign of bigger issues behind the walls and in the pipes. YukOverall about the level of a 2 star hotel for accommodations.I do appreciate the 20% discount on stay for the cockroach encounter. Would not stay again but...

"Hotel bem no padrão americano, mas com café um pouco acima, com mais opções de frutas e comida quentes, pecando só pelo espaço não ter mesas adequadas suficientes, mas com várias mesas baixas (tipo mesa de centro). Falha terrível: Não fomos agraciados com o serviço de quarto!!! Primeira vez num hotel da rede Hyatt e isso foi decepcionante..."

"O Hotel é bem limpo e o atendimento é muito gentil e profissional. Os quartos são amplos, embora o banheiro de onde ficamos pudesse ter sido reformado e ter mais agua saindo do chuveiro. O café da manhã foi o ponto fraco, não tendo muitas opções. Fora isso, o hotel é adequado. "
