The first time, the new owners had just bought it and explained that they were trying to fix it up from the old owners and apologized for the condition (cleanliness, tv’s not working, etc). "Overall - good stay. Beds are soft, but rooms are clean enough. Free breakfast, sausage was pretty good! We were not allowed to split the cost of a room with 2 credit cards, which set us back momentarily... but all OK"

"Perfectly located near the tri-state border, this was a great place to stay while exploring the Delaware River Gap and visiting nearby restaurants and breweries. Owners were helpful and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Would stay again in the area."

"We were told it would be a non-smoking room, and booked our trip. When we got in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke inside the room, which we thought would dissipate. After three hours, the smell got worse, and there was a heavy smell of marijuana around, probably from someone in another room. Also, there was a lot of pet hair on the bed. My wife was pregnant so she was physically nauseous due to the smells and we had to leave. Management promised us a refund, but later the story changed and...

"A charming little row of motel units, probably from the 1970s, neat and clean. Classic side-of-the-road property set back from Rt 6/109 near I-84. Highly recommended room for the night."

"Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Cute place. Looks like an older home with common areas that you're welcome to use. I booked the twin bed room and it was clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed for a 1 night stay. Pictures of rooms and the grounds were accurate. The only thing that I wish was different was the rug in the room. I wouldve preferred tile or wood. However I would still stay here again if Im ever in the area. Also close to town, shops, restaurants."
