"The Overlook Cottage was an AMAZING vacation stay, with stunning views from both decks - which TRULY ROCKED because when the sun was beating down on one, i went to the other which was in the shade, and vice versa!!! Gary was extremely kind and communicative! Neighbors who live around the compound permanently were SO WONDERFUL ‼‼ I could live there permanently with these people who were TRUE Jersey Shore gems‼‼‼i have ALWAYS LOVED the Highlands, and being RIGHT ON THE WATER in this family owned...

"Overall the host was extremely helpful. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. When we booked the location looked further away from the beach online but in person was only one block away! Close location to everything and a fast uber at night to the boardwalk. We would return to this house again and I highly recommend staying at this location. "

"Peaceful stay in Bradley Beach. Dawn and Kevin were extremely welcoming and accessible. We were able to enjoy meals outside, use the grill, walk to Main Street, and walk to the beach. During the week, there was lots of street parking that we were able to drive down to the beach and park.House was as pictured in the Vrbo listing. "
