"Estadia excelente. Atendimento / recepção atencioso e cordial, sem formalidades desnecessárias. Áreas de convivência, co-working, etc. muito aconchegantes e convidativas. "I would absolutely recommend this gorgeous beachfront house, it had everything we could have possibly needed for a family group ranging from 2 years to 82 years. We swam in the crystal clear sea every single day and had lovely walks along the sea front. Sitting in the lounge, dining area with direct views out over the sea was incredible. Kevin was extremely helpful, and answered all of my questions very promptly. We will be back im sure! "

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"We stayed at Byecross as a group of 10 with ages ranging from 9 to 77. Fabulous stay in a fabulous property with fabulous hosts. The Aga was fine to use and actually makes the best toast! If you are planning to stay at Byecross I would recommend doing a bit of research on how to use an Aga before arriving, and also plan to spend at least a couple of days at the property without going out anywhere as there really is so much to do and explore just on the property grounds and the surrounding area...
