The area is known for its peaceful tree-lined streets, yet it’s close to lively spots like Canford Cliffs, Westbourne & Sandbanks, where you’ll find great cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops.
Whether you fancy exploring Bournemouth’s buzzing town center or trying out some watersports at Poole Harbour, everything is within easy reach. It’s the perfect mix of tranquility and seaside adventure!
Getting Around:
Branksome Park has excellent transport links, making it easy for guests to get around with or without a car.
Buses
Morebus and Yellow Buses run regular services along nearby Canford Cliffs Road and Penn Hill Avenue, providing connections to Bournemouth, Poole, and Sandbanks.
Trains
Branksome Train Station is about a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk, offering direct services to Bournemouth, Poole, and London Waterloo.
Taxis & Ride-Sharing

Please note, as an older property, the coach house has a quirky layout. There are 2 en suite bathrooms and 1 WC, please see floor plan in pictures to ensure you are happy with this layout.
- The down stairs ensuite has a shower.
- The upstairs ensuite has a bath but not fixed shower, just a small handheld
Parking
- There is room for 2 cars, one behind the other on the driveway.
- Please only use allocated driveway and do not block any other spaces outside of the gates.
- Parking on the street is free if you need extra spaces.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation before the stated deadline. Refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable payment processing and transaction fees.
- Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable.
Interaction with Guests:
We're available to help throughout your stay. Our usual office hours are 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week - during these times you can expect a prompt reply.
Outside of these hours, you're still welcome to reach out via your booking channel and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, typically the following morning. For genuine emergencies, we're always on hand and will respond as quickly as we can.
