"I thought the hotel was ridiculously overpriced for what it was. The property is run down. There was peeling paint in our room and rust in the loo and on the radiator. The other side of the hotel had a cool breeze but our room was small and stifling in the heat. The bathroom was tiny with an almost miniature hand basin. The pillows were hard. There were no amenities such as toiletries, not even a box of tissues. The staff were pleasant enough, but the hotel is priced like a luxury country house...

"The staff were very helpful. The hotel was nice and so its amenities like the pool, sauna, and steam room. They were very well maintained. The view of the town from our room was amazing, I just wished the door to the balcony could be opened. The room was very well equipped with everything that one will need during their stay and it was a plus that they have in-room breakfast service option if you don’t want to come down."

"O check-in foi um frustante: chegamos três horas antes do horário marcado e nos informaram que o check-in garantido seria às 16h. Até agora, tudo bem, como manda a política do hotel. O problema foi chegar às 16h e nos informarem que ainda não tínhamos quarto, enquanto outros hóspedes estavam sem problemas. Depois de alguma certa confusão, um quarto ficou pronto imediatamente. Então, acho que isso poderia ter sido evitado, principalmente pois sabiam que já estávamos aguardando o check-in. Outro...

"The room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels were available. The staff was helpful, and could be improved. Breakfast was hot, and the food looked well-cooked. It was closer to Bournemouth International Centre and the beach. Driving to The New Forest is wonderful and a must-visit."
