"Staff were friendly and very helpful, room was clean and the facilities in the room were good, breakfast options were good and the food was tasty. The gym and pool facilities were great with a wide variety of options for fitness. Overall would reccomend a stay here for sure."

"Café da manhã típico delicioso! Staff super atenciosa. Cama confortável. Boa ducha."

"Hotel super charmoso com boa localização, funcionários educados e excelente bar no térreo. Quarto confortável e banheiro super limpo."

"Very friendly, welcoming and clean from what we saw. We left 30mins before breakfast so unfortunately missed out on that. Only issue I have is one of the shower gels tubes used were empty. Otherwise comfortable bed and peaceful night. Would stay again snd recommend"

"We had no good experience. Reception staff would be extremely rude. Elevator only for luggage and it was broken, the front desk clerk ordered my husband to carry the luggage on the stairs. Small room. Bathroom stall extremely small. They charged £ 10 for a late check out at 1 pm (even with all the bad service and the elevator issue). This hotel should never be rated 4 stars at most 3 stars! We regret choosing this hotel! And the breakfast with very few options!"

Outro...

"Listed as four star with two rosettes, should be rated maximum of two star. Breakfast was greasy. Lack of ambience. Bathroom stank of cigarette smoke. Cleaners took away the rubbish and changed the towels but did not make the bed. No lounge to sit and relax in. Website mentioned restaurant being refurbed. No sign of this happening. Whole hotel is tired and needs complete overhaul. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Chairs by window also uncomfortable. Stayed just one night, not two due to the...

"Good location"

"Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point."

"I found the hotel to be great for my purposes which was a brief one night stoppover. Shower tap was a little stiff and water took quite a while to reach temperature."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Even though the Hotel was a bit dated, it was clearly an elegant property in its day. However, there was no central heating working in the room; no working television; no bar access during the stay; and £15 for overnight parking would be unacceptable for many."

"All I can say is that; Hotel Celebrity is a good place to lodge.... Home away from home."
