The Penthouse at Clarendon House is a three bedroom apartment situated at the top of the Clarendon House. With it’s own private entrance, this three bedroom apartment boasts bright and spacious rooftop living. Perfectly placed for access to Westbourne and Bournemouth’s sandy beaches, this penthouse apartment sleeps six and has a private roof terrace available for guest use.

The entrance to the Penthouse apartment leads to a hallway from which each room is accessible. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature double beds and built in wardrobes, whilst the master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite with bath, toilet, sink, heated towel rail and a skylight. Further along the hallway, the family bathroom benefits from a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

The open plan kitchen/living/dining area provides a light and airy space to socialise. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, an electric hob, microwave, a wine cooler and integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Off the kitchen lies a utility room with a separate sink, washing machine and a tumble dryer. Also accessible from the kitchen is the roof terrace.

Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. Pets allowed in line with our house rules. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am.
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form in order to facilitate a smooth check-in.

- Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
