"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. "This was a fantastic property in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Host was super, answered my questions promptly. We were here mostly to just sleep but it was such a nice place and super clean (which I look for) for me it was a central location to Denver/Boulder/Rocky Mtn and Estes Park! "We stayed here for 7 nights and loved both the VRBO apartment and the area. The host was easily accessible when needed and very responsive. The coffee / tea bar was well stocked, usable and included a French press my favorite and several types of tea. The Prospect New Town area has great walkability and is very close to downtown Longmont. One of the must see things is The Cheese Importers and be sure to frequent the local eatteries in the area."
