"We had a lovely welcome to the hotel, parked up early so we could explore Harrogate. Hotel is really well located for this it’s a short stroll into the centre. When we checked in we were really impressed with the room beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Had everything you could need. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay again."

"We booked a junior suite on a hot summer day of 32 degrees to save going home The junior suite had no air conditioning at all only 2 noisy fans blowing hot air around the large sun kissed suite I called reception was flippant saying no management was available until 7 pm this was 6 pm On arrival of duty manager they showed us a smaller room smelling of fast food and an odour we were then taken to another room the rooms were not a junior suite it was a downgrade we were offered a refund two...

"Lovely hotel with character. Breakfast was calm and quiet - just what was needed and filled us up for the day! Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. The lift was very small and made strange noises so not for those who don’t like them! Furniture/ air con etc in rooms does need updating but considering the heat we had an excellent night’s sleep"
