": Good location, just a 3-minute walk from Bank Hall railway station, with trains taking you to the city centre in only 10 minutes.
The room was simple but comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay at a fair price.
Very friendly and helpful staff. If you fancy a little chit-chat, you can always head downstairs to the bar, where they serve food and drinks at reasonable prices, including a good English breakfast."

": A great stay and will definitely come back. Room and bathroom are very spacious and very clean. The staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special shout-out to Conor who went above and beyond by providing some breakfast even though the kitchen was technically closed. He was great to chat with and that kind of hospitality is truly memorable."

"I really enjoyed it but need to to see if I can get to the conference hall quicker Despite arriving to blackened out windows in a deserted area the inside was very smart and the room very spacious.
The location was good being so near a station but still took an hour to get to the Conference hall.
Having to wait to be able to get into my room as the room allocated was not known. However, I did enjoy the complimentary drinks and the very interesting conversation with Connor. But this resulted...

"Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle.
The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and...

"Unprofessional staff. Don't book anything from HappyDays people. They will make you crazy.
Prior to visit, rhey won't answer email questions or phone calls. Won't supply door passcode & parking data until day of visit..And You need to supply them wirh a CC# for security deposit.
No parking voucher given, so they promised to reimburse us on our parking... called & emailed 4 times, and still waiting on credit. Staff acts clueless and gives no reassurance that things will be taken care of....
