Great that the unit was near the end of the row of townhouses, as we for the most part had not many cars next to us. "

"I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!"

"The only complaint I have about this location is that the shower's water pressure is terrible. Literally everything else was amazing. The location was PERFECT. Excellent walking to a beach just two blocks away and the boardwalk is a ten minute walk for a slow-poke! The sounds of the waves, sea lions, and birds were ever-present. Beautiful! The house itself was comfortable, the hot tub was immaculate, and for someone who cooks often, the kitchen was easy to use with so many great appliances!...
