"Clean and nice experience"

"Here are my quick thoughts. Staff was great My room door sticks to the floor so it was difficult to open (440) Not enough towels...I needed to grab towels everyday Room Service kept room neat Many homeless in the area by the door. It made it a little uncomfortable I dont agree with $15 a day for parking I didnt like the freight trains running all day and night"

"Bed was hard. AC unit was noisy. Was of hair found in one of the three towels given. Pool and hot tub not functioning. Very disappointing."

"Very accomodating staff, there were a few issues we brought to attention the first night and they were delt with in a very timely manner. Very nice family run oporation that went out of thier way to make sure we had no issues with our stay."

"I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it"

"The front desk literally does nothing to help you and lies to your face. We didn’t get the room we booked online that was advertised with full fridge, was told they don’t have such rooms by front desk. To only find out that the room I booked was on the first floor given to another party. So we got a tiny fridge without a microwave also. "This property is on the process of remodeling for the last 5+ years. courtyards are in disarray and no longer maintained besides mowing. I was turned off even more when I called the front desk requesting a bath mat & toilet paper and was told I had to pick them up from the front desk. There was now house keeping that I saw. Would I stay there again? Only as a last resort."

"Overall conditions of the motel is bad. The room was not like the picture of the site, it was much older. No refrigerator in the room. Bad smell outside the room. We booked 4 nights but ended staying only one. I booked this room because I had a very good experience in another Red Roof hotel in the previous week but could notice that there is not a standard between them."

"Our room had an awful musty smell. When we asked the front desk if there was something we could do, we were told that housekeeping did not show that day but offered to come and spray lemon scented Lysol. We discovered the AC was leaking, causing the carpet to be soaked in a large ring on that side of the room. We assume this was causing the smell. We stayed for 3 nights and never had housekeeping pick up or drop off new towels."
