Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Tennis courts remain closed at this time, though two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests.

Bonita Beach and Tennis Club offers pickleball, 2 heated pools, BBQ grill and multiple restuarants close by, including the famous Docs beach restuarant directly across the street, 2 elevators, community "pay per load" laundry facility in buildings 1, 3, and 5 (this unit is in building 3) and is close to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key.



Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, watersports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

Closets are restricted to owner use. Owner has provided chest of drawers and bed side table drawers for guest use.
