Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida - and this home is ideally located just minutes by car to the downtown Bonita Springs area, shopping, restaurants, and the sun and sand of Bonita Beach Park and the Gulf of Mexico. Immediately to the north of Bonita Springs will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the home, you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
