"We visited PEC for our annual Christmas get together with our 3 girls and their families. There were 8 adults and 5 children. Sleeping accommodations worked out well as one of the children slept in a travel crib in his parent’s room. The place was lovely and clean. The hot tub was a big hit! Scott, our host, was second to none. He was always very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. Thank you for hosting us at your property. Debbie "

"Excellent location within walking distance of pretty much everything you need. Short drive to Sandbanks which was great and the house was perfect for us.
