"Beautiful property in close enough proximity to everything in PEC. Two beautiful porches and luscious lawn for hanging out. We were an extended family group that used every bed and it was wonderful. Lots of separate spaces for people to hang out, amazing dining space with a farm table that can easily seat 15 people, functional kitchen (2 fridges!), laundry. Access to water (not for the faint of heart!) if needed, although narrow rocky shoreline. Highly recommended - this is my second stay, and...

"We had a great weekend, the location is in a really good place. The house is like on the pictures so it is really nice place.The parking for the car is not close from the house. There is no air conditioning and can get pretty hot. There is no curtains in the window of the principal bedroom wich offers a nice view but it is not so nice when the sun is rising in the morning.There is no no extra sheets, pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. Also not many towels."

"The cottage is away from other houses which is great. The house has all the amenities that are needed. The owner is super responsive. Only 5-7 minutes to the beach at Sandbanks. Information provided before the stay included the pass number and advice on how to book the reservation to the beach. We were 4 adults and we really enjoy our time there! "
