"property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

"There was no light on the Holloway. No parking until 7pm. Entrance was not very welcoming. Though house was spacious. "

Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with the usual selections PLUS a cooked-to-order hot traditional English breakfast with a beautiful room to enjoy it in, and wonderful staff members to serve you. Front desk staff were very helpful to arrange transportation to Heathrow. A wealth of restaurants and shopping just a short walk away, as is the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and the train station. "No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person."

"O hotel fica muito bem localizado (próximo à estação de trem/ferry, ao Complexo de Museus da Marinha Real e também a “Spinacker Tower”). O quarto era amplo e a cama confortável. No entanto, são os pequenos detalhes que depõem contra. O quarto fornecido apresentava urina dentro do vaso sanitário. O papel de parede encontrava-se descascado e não houve a troca de toalhas e nem a limpeza do banheiro, de um dia para o outro. Isso causou uma má impressão, a despeito dos pontos positivos anteriormente...
