"The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left. For a property that sleeps 10, there is only 1 bathroom which was surprising, especially if everyone is trying...

"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Soutsea and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend paying the extra for a parking bay at the front of the hotel as street parking could be tricky. We stayed to visit family in Southsea and will definitely use this hotel again!"

"O hotel fica muito bem localizado (próximo à estação de trem/ferry, ao Complexo de Museus da Marinha Real e também a “Spinacker Tower”). O quarto era amplo e a cama confortável. No entanto, são os pequenos detalhes que depõem contra. O quarto fornecido apresentava urina dentro do vaso sanitário. O papel de parede encontrava-se descascado e não houve a troca de toalhas e nem a limpeza do banheiro, de um dia para o outro.
