He tried to help by ringing expedia, which was useless, the expedia was so useless I asked the manager to hand me the phone so i could clearly explain the situation. "Borough Cottage is an exceptionally comfortable family home. We loved everything about it including the very generous breakfast hamper, the comfy couches and cosy warm bed. Sitting on the verandah enjoying breakfast and watching the resident Eastern spinebill family was a highlight for us birdwatchers. Highly recommended."
