"Tudo ok"

"Our stay at Shangri-La Tokyo was truly delightful. Every member of the team we encountered was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The level of hospitality throughout the hotel was remarkable. The check-in at the Horizon Club was particularly smooth and welcoming. It felt very special, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful with our family. Our 4-year-old daughter even received a small gift, which made the moment even more memorable for her. The room was spacious and...

"Washer dryer combo in-unit! Split unit with both AC and heat available. Very clean and lots of space. The staff speak English very clearly and they even gave me a birthday gift! Very thoughtful. Would not hesitate to stay again"

Pokemon Center DX Tokyo e Pokemon Café a apenas 6 min"

"Hotel is very well located with a convenience store in the first floor and near to the subway Ginza line. Walking distance to the Tokyo Station. Room is not big but way better than other hotels nearby like courtyard by M. Only low is the acoustics. You can hear your neighbors talking and watching TV. The walls acoustics should be improved in a future remodeling of the facilities. If this is not a big deal for you, so don’t worry. In my case, it was a problem. Overall, to expend a couple of days...

"Staff were excellent especially Nicholae. The art setting made it different in a really good way. Whereas other hotels may offer buffet breakfast, this hotel had some set choices however we felt this was ok."

"Breakfast was really good and we really enjoyed the night ramen and ice cream."

"Ótimo hotel, bem localizado"
