The two bedrooms are independent: one of 20 sqm approx. with double bed and single bed, and one of 11 sqm with double bed. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher. The bathroom is cozy, functional and has a shower. Other services available to guests: WiFi 24h, heating, air conditioning, high chair, cot, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack. Bed linen and towels are provided to all guests.

*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. We are available to guests for any requests and information.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash upon arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.
