Welcome to this spacious holiday villa located in Bollène, in the heart of the Vaucluse, at the gateway to the Drôme Provençale and Provence.



In a quiet residential area, this 140 m² house with its 1,300 m² landscaped garden can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

It is the ideal place for a family holiday or a stay with friends, combining relaxation by the pool with the discovery of the region’s treasures.



The house has 2 levels:



Ground floor:

• Fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace

• Dining room and living room with access to the terrace and pool through large bay windows

• Utility room and laundry (washing machine, dryer, second fridge)

• Two bedrooms, one with direct access to the terrace

• Bathroom with walk-in shower

• Separate toilet



First floor:

The house is fully air-conditioned, and the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito screens, wardrobes, and queen-size beds (160 cm).

• Private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), secured with a rolling shutter

• Landscaped, tree-filled garden, partially fenced

Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.



Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented for an additional fee (€92 per booking).



A €1500 security deposit via our partner Swikly (credit card imprint) will be required, as well as holiday liability insurance.
