"This huge house was picture perfect, and the grounds were meticulous, with a breathtaking view of Amish farms in every direction. We were amazed that the check in was done completely by phone. We were given codes to enter the front door and to enter our room. There was no staff on hand, but available by phone if needed. "Check-in was very easy as Owner shared entry code. While small, the kitchen was well appointed including some basic items (olive oil spray, salt/pepper, a couple other seasonings). Check out was a breeze--only instruction was to have dishes washed and put away. Location was great for our needs. Rural. No road noise. Totally enjoyed sitting on the desk and watching several bird species feasting on dogwood berries! It was a lovely place and we hope to return."

"The historic stone cottage was a wonderful choice for our stay in Winesburg, OH. The renovation of this vintage home from 1834 was done with incredible care and thought.
