We recently stayed here for 2 nights. While drying my hair, during the first morning there, the light around the mirror went out. I, unfortunately, told the front desk the wrong room number when I reported it that morning. When we came back to the hotel at 1:30 pm, that's when we figured out my error. The guy working said he would look at it. We came back again at 10:00 pm and nothing had been done. No lamp was offered...nothing. So I took my make up to the public restroom on the first floor the next morning. I was told no discount could be given since I booked through Expedia. They did offer me a 20% off coupon for my next stay at that location....which I declined. Just a bit frustrated. I get it was my error telling them the wrong room number, but something should have been done. The manager told me the next day there were plenty of lamps. I was told there were none.
