Paradise at Serenity Cove

Nestled away in a quiet community on Pine Island’s NE side, this home is an angler’s or kayaker’s paradise! The home is centrally located on the island, so you will be close to everything Pine Island has to offer - from Bokeelia, to St James City, to Matlache. Located on a private waterway, you will have endless kayaking and fishing spots at your disposal. If boating isn’t your thing, you can catch fish right off the dock, where huge snook have been known to hang out.

Our stay at Paradise at Serenity Cove was great! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom was very comfortable and we appreciated the AC, as well as the ceiling fans. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we really enjoyed being right on the canal and able to sit out on the dock, or enjoy morning coffee from the screened in porch. The location is very convenient with grocery stores, fruit stands, restaurants, and marinas all within a 5-15 minute drive. Logan was very responsive and check-in and check-out was very easy.

Awesome

Great property for us, we were there to fish. Had a boat lift and great location for inshore fishing. Plus Pine Island is a great little town. Place was clean and comfortable, enjoyed staying at this property and will definitely come back.

Perfect place for us

What a beautiful and clean home. Location was perfect for this fishing husband and wife. House was clean and fully stocked for cooking. We spent most of our time when we were not fishing on the porch watching the mullet jump. Peace and quiet. Owners we’re awesome and always available. Thanks so much

Excellent getaway

Home owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of area. We brought our 2110 tidewater with us and his instructions of navigating the shallow waters were on point. The area is quiet and peaceful. House was absolutely beautiful, super clean and well stocked. You can’t beat the price. The location was perfect and we will definitely be back.

Very Accommodating

Upon arrival we had zero issues with the property. The neighborhood was very pleasant and in a good location, being a short drive to many restaurants and local attractions, as well as stores and other convenience locations. The housing was well kept and no services or amenities were missing. Was able to provide and ensure a very fun/relaxing vacation.

Even better than I could expect

The house on Serenity Cove was clean and in a nice quiet area. It exceeded my expectations. The property Manager was cordial and easily available, although we had no issues throughout our stay. I would rent again whereas I frequent Pine Island a few times a year.

Great place.

The house was spotless when we walked in. It is well kept and stocked with items we usually have to buy...toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels. Has a huge TV in the living room. Also well stocked with dishes and cookware. The place is conveniently located so it is easy to get to the north or south end of the island. Kayaks and bicycles were a bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice house on the water great fishing.

We brought 2 kayaks and property had 2. Guys went fishing and gals took the ferry to an island one day and we met for lunch/drinks after. Nice little restaurants nearby on the water. Hooked up with a nice snook at end of channel under the mangroves. Also the redfish come into oyster beds in the evening. Go out of channel and left. There are 3 or 4 markers to let boaters know to stay away from oysters beds. Redfish bite was on fire for us there in the evenings.

Amazing family getaway

Great house with everything you need. Very clean and family friendly. Right on a fun fishing canal with a dock. Lots of cool mangroves to kayak around. We also enjoyed riding the bikes around the quiet neighborhood.

First time on Pine Island...

This was my wife and my first time staying on the island and we had no idea where to stay or what to expect. Serenity Cove was exactly what we wanted! The home is just what you would expect for a quaint fishing island home on a quiet canal street. The furniture and beds were compfy and I slept like a baby. Kitchen is well stocked with necessary tools. The owner was very responsive to my only question and went out of his way to make us feel important. And i did manage to catch a snook from the dock! We would happily stay here again.

Very homey and relaxing

Brought my wife and 2 kids down for labor day weekend, the house is very much as advertised. There is a fully functional dock on the canal with a filet table and fish you can almost hand feed. The channel coming into the canal is marked with PVC stakes, easy to navigate in and out of. The house itself was very clean, the beds were probably to most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, in my life. We will definitely be staying again!
