"Die Unterkunft war genau das was wir wollten. Eine sehr gute Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Hauptstraße, aber trotzdem ruhig sodass man seinem Urlaub genießen konnte. Das Haus war sauber und man mochte sich gerne dort aufhalten. Auch der Pool und die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen waren perfekt. "

"This property was in a good location and was very clean. I was hoping the pull out would have more comfortable but it served the purpose. Most things we needed were provided and only had to purchase a few things. Great communication with the owners and she said she’d give me a 10% discount since we were in town for a funeral. "

"Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. "

"Our stay was great with no major issues with any mechanical items. The garbage disposal appeared to have a minor drip under the sink in kitchen. Everything provided in the house met our needs. Communication with host was prompt and always helpful. The only thing we came across was a moldy coffee filter and grounds in the coffee maker when we arrived. We booked a stay for the same time next year and love the time we spend there. Thank you!"

"Brian is an excellent host, responsive to any questions. Location is very accessible to many places and is in a residential area, so quiet and without heavy traffic. He recommended some excellent local restaurants. The kitchen is very well laid out and equipped, even with an air fryer."

"The home was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. We were concerned about it being a duplex but never heard our neighbors at all. We were close to beaches and had great weather for hunting shark teeth."
