"This was a nice property, as in pictures. It was secluded and view from back porch to a lake/pond is great with a morning coffee or late night cocktail. Location is easily accessible to local venues. Publix and liquor store at end of street, and gas station across street. The Host does need to correct some issues and she does reply. Overall stay was great and we did a weekend in Matlacha (Matt LaShay.. LOL) ."

"The hosts were fantastic. This room was so much better than a hotel. Great bathroom and bedroom. The only 2 suggestions I have are1) there is no way to control the room temp because it’s connected to the temp set at the main house. There is a ceiling fan which helps. 2) there is nowhere to sit inside the room to work/use laptop. On my last day I found a folding chair in the closet but I’m not sure where it would work. I sat outside to work with my laptop on a pillow in my lap. I would stay here...

"This was the worst place ever. Black mold on walls and mouse feces and shelves. The pictures on the listing were definitely not the same house. Left the house right away and had to go back to get pictures. Didn’t even stay 10 mins in the house and booked a hotel room. I requested a full refund due to unsanitary conditions and not staying in home. Host still has not gotten back to me about it and it’s been over a week. I would not recommend staying at the property even if it’s the only place...

"O quarto é limpo e a localização excelente. Os móveis são muito antigos, a colcha de cama achava que nem existisse mais para um padrão americano. Acho que trocando poucas coisas deixaria o ambiente bem mais moderno. Fiquei com medo até do travesseiro, pela espuma dava pra saber que era extremamente antigo, mas para minha surpresa não espirramos. A comodidade de ter utensílios para a praia é muito boa. E vou ser justa, estavam novos."
