"This hotel was staffed by friendly people. The room was cleaned and enjoyed the walk in shower! The location was located near the mall and easy to get to. The breakfast offered a variety of foods!! I look forward to staying at this hotel in the future!"

Although it is a new property and errors are yet unseen and unknown , when an issue is brought to his attention, he accommodates the guest appropriately and in a timely manner. This type of hospitality and customer service is shined upon in my eyes. I have found a new resting place during my travels. The entire staff is phenomenal."

"The first room bathroom was dirty, and there was a dead ant on the sheets. More ants came out later in the day on the desk in the room from the previous occupants. Our room was changed and the room was much better but the bathroom had hair on the floor and a dead small worm. There was not enough towels/rags. Cleaning lady did not want to give towels, she made us go speak to the front desk even though she was right in front of our room. The shower head was squirting water everywhere. The door...

"Staff was super friendly. Coffee available at reception. Bathrooms looked newly renovated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Sofabeds are never comfortable. Spacious room. Nice variety of breakfast items included from bagels English muffins and white wheat bread and batter machine to make fresh individual pancakes and fruit cups and yogurt. Would definitely stay again. Was there for wedding at the Oakley for the weekend."
